Tour Description
Fantastic experience discovering the famous Parmesan truffle.
After some initial information about the truffles to the participants, guided by our expert guides, will go in the woods, together with our guides and the dog, will try their hand at searching for the famous truffle.
After the search we will move to the nearby facility where a tasting of freshly harvested truffles will take place.
The truffle will be served together with bresaola, potato tortelli, scrambled eggs with a good wine from the hills of Parma.
The use of hiking boots/shoes and long trousers is mandatory.
