A unique experience designed for gelato enthusiasts and those eager to uncover the secrets of authentic Italian homemade ice cream. At Casa Toschi Gelato Studio, creativity and innovation blend with Italian tradition and Toschi's expertise.
The master gelato artisan will unveil the secrets behind creating an authentic Italian homemade ice cream flavor at every stage: from precise measurements and ingredient blending to mastering the equipment, from extracting the gelato from the freezer to displaying it in the shop window.
Following the demonstration, participants will have the opportunity to create 1-2 gelato flavors themselves, all under the guidance of the master gelato artisan. Not only will they handle various ingredients and tools, but they will also learn how to achieve the perfect creaminess and texture for an astonishing gelato. The recipe book includes milk-based flavors, such as the classic "pistacchio" and "fiordilatte" variegated with Toschi cherry, and fruit-based flavors, such as strawberry and lemon. In the end, participants will enjoy the sweetest reward: tasting their own creations.
