Tour Description

The tour starts from the city of Parma with destination Busseto where the IBIS production company of the Cremonini Group is located.

It is an Italian group that produces typical Emilian cured meats and markets them around the world.

The visit will take place inside the large company following a guided tour where guests will have the opportunity to see the different processing areas with the relevant machinery, starting from the meat reception area, moving on to the production part of cured meats, salami and mortadella . . At the end there is a visit to the culatelli maturing room.

After the visit, we will move to nearby Soragna to the Gourme Soragna restaurant where the tasting will take place and it will be possible to purchase Emilian delicacies
