Food tour at the Balsamic Vinegar factory
The tour is available every day and it takes approximately 4 hours.
The Balsamic Vinegar farm house is in the city of Modena, the only original area of production, controlled by the Consortium.
The food tour consists of an in depth explanation on how the balsamic vinegar is produced and you will be able to see firsthand all the stages of production.
At the end of the visit there will be a degustation with tasting of balsamic vinegars with our typical Lambrusco wine, Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan) cheese and other typical products.
Prices include return transport from your accommodation or location, a private guide, entry into the facilities and a degustation at the conclusion of the visit.
