Tour Description

The tour offers the opportunity to visit one of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factories and then a Parma ham factory. The tour then continues with a visit to a coffee roasting facility.

Guided by our experts, you will enjoy a sensory experience observing the traditional craftsmanship of our products: from the extraction of Parmigiano Reggiano wheels to the curing of Parma Ham and the distinctive fragrance of coffee in the roasting rooms.

For Parmigiano, it will also be possible to visit the salting rooms and the maturing warehouse where the wheels can be “tapped” to assess their quality, as the experts of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium do.

For ham, you can enter the processing rooms and ageing cellars, characterised by their typical aromas.

At the end of the visits, there will be tastings of aged Parmigiano and ham accompanied by wine from the Parma hills. To conclude, enjoy a signature Italian espresso at the roasting plant.

Product tastings and round-trip transportation to and from the facilities, are included.

    • Se devi cancellare l’appuntamento tra 48 e 72 ore prima dell'orario programmato, verrà applicata una penale del 50%. Riceverai quindi un rimborso pari al 50% dell’importo totale pagato. Questo ci permette un po' di tempo per riorganizzare l'agenda, ma comunque incide sulla possibilità di riprenotare il tuo slot.

  3. Cancellazioni effettuate più di 72 ore prima dell’appuntamento

    • Le cancellazioni effettuate oltre 72 ore prima dell’appuntamento sono interamente rimborsabili, senza alcuna penale. Questo ci offre il tempo necessario per riorganizzare le risorse e accogliere altri clienti.
